Business jet nose-on on a wet ramp at night

Trading

Trade. Represent.Finance.

Long-range business jet with its airstair open on a wet ramp at blue hour

Trade

We buy aircraft outright on our own line of credit, take title, and resell them. From corporations, from families, from trade-ins. No listing period, no waiting on a buyer’s financing. One negotiation, one wire.

Represent

Buy-side and sell-side mandates. The judgment we sell is the judgment we use when the capital at risk is ours.

Finance

Aircraft financing and leasing through our finance partners. One relationship covers the aircraft and the capital: purchase, finance, or lease, structured in the same transaction.

The Process

Four moves.
One counterparty.

01

Position

Selling: we value the aircraft against completed trades, not asking prices, and tell you whether the faster path is a mandate or a direct sale to our own book. Buying: a short brief on mission, cabin, and budget opens the search worldwide.

02

Source

The desks work their own channels: operators, flight departments, financial institutions, and counterparties from 400+ closings. Much of what we trade is sourced and sold off market.

03

Structure

Cross-border deal structuring, ferry flights, airworthiness directive review, international title and escrow. Financing or leasing through our partners where it serves the transaction. An aircraft bought abroad arrives home with clean papers.

04

Close

Pre-buy supervised, discrepancies priced, contract carried to wire transfer. When we are the buyer, nothing waits on a lender.
